JMR Healthcare is seeking a Community Services Manager to lead and grow our community services for children and young people. You will oversee the Community Care Managers, Night Manager and Community Resource Officer to deliver rapid, high-quality care in urgent and complex situations.
You will act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring safeguarding is embedded in every decision, and you will liaise with authorities and MDT to meet regulatory requirements and improve outcomes.
