THE ROLE
A leading global provider of executive education and leadership development is looking for a Client Partner to join its UK commercial team.
This is not an account management role. It is an advisory position at the intersection of organisational strategy, data-driven consulting, and senior client relationships. You will own a portfolio of enterprise clients, working alongside C-suite stakeholders to connect leadership investment with business transformation outcomes. You will be supported by a dedicated team of specialists and faculty, and you will use AI-powered tools to surface insight and drive account growth.
The organisation operates at the frontier of technology-enabled executive education, within one of the world's largest education groups.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
β’ Own and grow a substantial enterprise client portfolio, managing relationships with CHROs, CLOs, and CEOs.
β’ Use AI-powered dashboards to identify latent client needs and translate data into commercial recommendations.
β’ Work with a specialist team to design and position bespoke leadership programmes aligned to client business challenges.
β’ Move client relationships from transactional programme purchase to long-term strategic advisory partnership.
β’ Demonstrate measurable impact and use that evidence to make renewals and expansion the natural outcome.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
β’ Significant experience in B2B consulting, strategic account management, or senior L&D advisory, with a track record of managing complex enterprise portfolios.
β’ Commercial edge: a consultative approach and the confidence to challenge a client's thinking at board level.
β’ C-suite fluency: you advise alongside, not present to, senior leaders.
β’ A data-first mindset, comfortable with AI tools and BI dashboards as part of your day-to-day commercial work.
β’ Intellectual depth: you understand the business problem before you position a solution.
β’ High ownership and tolerance for ambiguity. You drive outcomes, not processes.
