  • Managing ordering, stock control, and kitchen organisation
  • Training, mentoring, and developing junior pastry chefs
  • Collaborating with senior leadership on menu development and innovation

  • Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Sous Chef within luxury hospitality or fine dining
  • Strong technical pastry skills with a refined, modern approach
