An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Sous Chef to join the production kitchen of an infamous luxury private members club. Operating at the highest level of hospitality, this kitchen produces exceptional food using premium ingredients to support a prestigious multi-outlet operation. What Youll Be Doing
- Support the Head of Production / Senior Chefs in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Oversee sections to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency
- Manage and organise production across multiple outputs
- Lead, train, and motivate junior chefs within the brigade
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and organisation
- Ensure smooth and efficient service across all production areas
