What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen

  • Working closely with senior chefs on menu execution and kitchen organisation

What We're Looking For

  • Current Junior Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie/Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up
  • Proven experience within a fine-dining environment
  • Italian cuisine experience is preferred but not essential
  • A willingness to learn, develop, and embrace new techniques
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
