Working within a highly organised pastry and bakery team, you will support the delivery of exceptional baked goods and products using premium ingredients, supplying one of the most prestigious hospitality operations in London. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work under the guidance of the Head of Pastry Production Chef and Pastry Sous Chefs
  • Support daily bakery and pastry production within a high-volume, high-standard kitchen
  • Assist with tasks such as chocolate work, cutting, packaging, and preparation of baked items
  • Maintain consistency, organisation, and attention to detail across all production
  • Work efficiently as part of a professional and collaborative pastry team

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie, or similar role within a hospitality environment
  • A solid understanding of pastry and bakery fundamentals
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
