What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Leading service and maintaining high standards across your sections
- Assisting with training and development of junior chefs
- Ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail in every dish
- Working closely with senior chefs on menu execution and kitchen organisation
What We're Looking For
- Current Junior Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie/Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up
- Proven experience within a fine-dining environment
- Italian cuisine experience is preferred but not essential
- A willingness to learn, develop, and embrace new techniques
