- Apply basic colour correction and audio polish.
- Work closely with producers and creatives to shape and elevate content.
- Support versioning, cutdowns, and prep for delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience as a video editor in a social or digital‑first environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects a bonus).
- Confident editing both short‑form and long‑form content.
- A solid understanding of how different platforms behave and perform.
- Comfortable working at pace and managing multiple edits.
- Organised, collaborative, and keen to continue developing your skills.
- Based in or around Bristol, happy working in‑office.
What We Offer
- Salary of ÂŁ30,000.
- Training and development opportunities.
