Role: Junior YouTube Video Editor

We’re looking for a Junior YouTube Video Editor to join our Bristol team. You’ll be dedicated exclusively to one of our major entertainment clients, working full-time on their growing YouTube channel. This is a hands-on role for someone who can cut engaging, fast-turnaround content — mainly long-form gameplay and talent-led videos — and wants to develop quickly in a creative agency environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Edit long-form gameplay and talent-led YouTube content
  • Deliver fast-turnaround edits (recaps, teasers, cutdowns)
  • Keep edits sharp, engaging, and optimised for YouTube
  • Apply basic colour/audio tweaks
  • Work closely with producers and creative leads in a collaborative team

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–2 years’ editing experience (YouTube-first content preferred)
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere (After Effects a bonus)
  • A social-first mindset and eye for engaging content
  • Ability to meet deadlines without losing polish
  • Based in/around Bristol, and happy working in-office daily
