This is a hands-on, creative, executional role. You’ll support the wider social team by producing content, prepping assets, publishing posts, jumping on trends, and keeping everything moving. One day you might be cutting a quick TikTok using CapCut, the next you’re prepping Instagram Stories, helping on a shoot, or updating a YouTube thumbnail.
We’re not expecting years of experience — but you should have a feel for what good social content looks like , be comfortable pushing buttons, and be up for getting stuck in.

What you’ll be doing
- Scheduling and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
- Creating simple social assets — e.g. reels, stories, quote cards, thumbnails (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Cutting quick-turnaround content from footage (with support from senior editors where needed)
- Responding to trends, moments and opportunities on social
- Supporting the social/media team with admin tasks, captions, uploads and timelines
- Helping maintain a consistent brand voice and creative quality across posts
- Researching content trends, competitor output, and platform updates
You’ll thrive here if you
- Have 6–18 months’ experience in a content, social, or creative assistant role (or a strong portfolio to show instead)
- Are confident using tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe suite, etc.
- Are hands-on, curious, and happy switching between multiple accounts or brands
- Have a good instinct for what works on TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts
- Know how to keep a project moving, meet deadlines, and support the wider team
- Are comfortable giving things a go — but also open to feedback and fast learning
- Are organised, proactive, and ready to be part of a close-knit creative team
The setup
- Full-time, on-site role in our Bristol studio — we work best in the same room
- Salary: £26,000–£28,000 depending on experience
