The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious fee earner to join our Wills & Probate department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Private Client work, including Wills, Trusts, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. This candidate will be based at our Grantham office and will involve some participation in the growth of the firm's Private Client services.
Duties
- Take instructions and follow through until successful completion of the matter.
- Manage a varied caseload and advise clients on a range of Private Client matters, including Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Manage the administration of estates and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues.
- Delegate work and assist with the development of other members of the team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
- Keep up to date with changes in legislation that may affect Private Client matters.
- Collaborate with other professionals such as financial advisers and accountants to provide comprehensive advice to clients.
- Participate in the development of new business opportunities and promote the full services on offer at the firm.
Skills
- Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Probate, Estate Administration and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships with clients.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in legal documentation and compliance.
