An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer to join a rapidly growing department within a highly regarded and well-established Law firm. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in residential conveyancing to manage a varied caseload consisting of sales, purchases and re-mortgages, along with new builds, transfers, freehold/leasehold and registered/unregistered titles. The successful candidate will run cases from quotation to post completion but will have support from a full time Conveyancing Assistant to ensure a high level of customer service is always maintained.
Duties:
- Manage a varied caseload consisting of sales, purchases and re-mortgages, along with new builds, transfers, freehold/leasehold and registered/unregistered titles
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Handle matters involving trusts, attorneys, matrimonial aspects and estates
- Work independently on post-completion tasks including Land Registry and SDLT requirements
- Collaborate with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions
- Offer technical guidance to team members when needed
- Demonstrate the ability to manage complex matters such as shared ownership, lease extensions and new builds
- Keep up-to-date with changes in legislation
- Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold internal quality standards
- Actively participate in business development and maintain professional network
Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships with clients

Qualifications:
- Ideally qualified to CLC, CILEX or Solicitor level but not essential
- Proven experience as a Conveyancer
