We are looking for an experienced and proactive Solicitor / Legal Advisor to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex personal injury claims, contribute to high-value cases, and collaborate with a skilled group of legal professionals. The ideal candidate will be focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes, navigating the complexities of legal procedures, and supporting the firm's mission to secure the best possible results for those affected by traumatic events. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client files and ensure targets are achieved, meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Take accurate instructions from clients, attend meetings, and explain complex legal matters and court procedures.
  • Provide legal advice, respond to client queries, and manage communications with third parties, insurers, and medical experts.
  • Negotiate settlements, manage case documentation, and advise clients on funding options (e.g., Legal Aid, Insurance).
  • Prepare and issue court documents, attend court hearings, and assist clients and witnesses through court monthly/annual billing, case management, and performance targets; review files quarterly.
  • Actively participate in meetings, training, and annual performance appraisals, reporting significant issues to the team coordinator.
  • Promote the firm's services and ensure efficient time management to fulfill responsibilities.

What we are looking for

  • Law degree
  • 3+ years' experience as a Legal Advisor/Executive.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.
  • Experienced in managing large volumes of case files.
