An exciting opportunity is available in our Brand Customer Service team. The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience and be passionate about providing a high standard of support to our client base.

Job Overview

  • Provide excellent customer service to both queries from customers and to general enquiries from non-account holders in a courteous and timely manner and to the customers' complete satisfaction.
  • Proactively work to improve the customers' experience and deliver a service exceeding the customers' expectations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure the smooth running of the office.
  • Accurate and timely completion of additional customer service and sales related tasks as and when they are set by the office manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of key customer accounts within the brands businesses.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients.
  • Answer expected level of incoming calls and handle customer enquiries methodically and professionally.
  • Cross selling products to actively drive all current promotions.
