About the Role
Breakfast Chef
As Breakfast Chef, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality breakfast experience for hotel guests while ensuring excellent presentation, consistency, and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present breakfast dishes to a high standard
- Maintain buffet breakfast service
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and HACCP compliance
- Monitor stock levels and minimise waste
- Support the wider kitchen team when required
Chef de Partie
As Chef de Partie, you will support the culinary team in delivering exceptional food quality and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present dishes according to brand standards
- Manage your section during service
- Ensure food hygiene and safety procedures are followed
- Assist with training and supporting junior team members
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation
