General Manager – Aloft & Residence Inn by Marriott Belfast Titanic Quarter

A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to lead the opening and ongoing success of two exciting Marriott-branded hotels in Belfast’s iconic Titanic Quarter.

This newly launched dual-site development combines the vibrant lifestyle energy of Aloft with the extended-stay comfort of Residence Inn, delivering 228 guest rooms and suites in one of Belfast’s fastest-growing destinations.

We are seeking a dynamic hospitality leader with strong operational expertise, a passion for guest experience, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams while delivering exceptional commercial results.

The Role

As General Manager, you will take full responsibility for the strategic and operational leadership of both hotels, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, strong financial performance, brand compliance, and team engagement.

You will lead all departments across the business while building a strong presence within the Belfast market and local community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the hotel team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
  • Drive revenue growth & profitability
  • Develop and execute commercial and operational strategies
  • Ensure Marriott brand standards are consistently achieved
