We are looking for an organised, proactive and professional Office Administrator to join our UK Group Head Office team in Bond Street, London.

Operating a growing portfolio of hotels across the UK and Ireland, our Head Office supports our hotels and central functions across the Group. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to work with different areas of the business, including HR, Finance, hotel operations and property administration.

As Office Administrator, you will provide day-to-day administrative support across our Group Head Office and help keep our central operations organised and running efficiently.

  • Managing filing, records, post, couriers and general office administration
  • Coordinating meetings, diaries and travel arrangements
  • Supporting the HR team with recruitment, onboarding, documentation and general HR administration
  • Supporting the Finance team with document management, invoices, records and general administration
  • Supporting administration relating to the Group's private residential property portfolio
  • Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, managing agents and service providers
  • Assisting with maintenance records, property documentation and associated administration
  • Supporting Group projects and other Head Office activities as required

Experienced in an administrative, office support or similar role. Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience within hospitality, hotels, property, a Head Office environment or a multi-site organisation would be an advantage, but is not essential.

Rather than supporting just one department, you’ll gain exposure to different areas of the Group and work closely with colleagues across Head Office, HR, Finance, hotel operations and property.
