We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Reservations Agent to join the team at the newly opened Aloft & Residence Inn by Marriott Belfast, located in the heart of the iconic Titanic Quarter.

As a Reservations Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our guests, helping create memorable experiences from the moment they make their booking. You'll work in a fast-paced, commercial, and guest-focused environment where your contribution directly impacts guest satisfaction, hotel performance, and revenue success.

As Reservations Agent, you will deliver an exceptional booking experience for every guest by:
- Handling reservations enquiries via telephone, email, and online booking channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Processing bookings accurately using the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).
- Upselling room categories, packages, and hotel services to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Responding confidently to guest enquiries regarding rates, availability, facilities, and local attractions.
- Working closely with Front Office, Revenue Management, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure booking accuracy and guest satisfaction.
- Assisting with reservation reporting, audits, and administration tasks.
- Maintaining full compliance with company procedures, GDPR requirements, and data protection standards.
- Developing strong knowledge of both hotel brands, facilities, and local Belfast attractions to enhance the guest experience.
We're seeking someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a busy environment. Previous experience as a Reservations Agent or Senior Front Office Associate within a hotel environment is preferred. Experience within a Marriott or branded hotel environment is advantageous. You should be comfortable working with reservation systems and hotel technology, and have a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
