We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President, Marketing to lead the strategic development and execution of a comprehensive marketing function, aligning brand, digital, product, and customer marketing across all channels. Position Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and lead an integrated marketing strategy that supports overall business objectives and drives growth, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Translate business goals into actionable marketing plans with clear KPIs and ROI metrics.
- Guide the evolution of brand positioning and ensure alignment across internal and external communications.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and results.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product Development, and Executive Leadership to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies.
- Build strong relationships across departments to integrate customer insights into decision-making.
Digital Marketing & Demand Generation
- Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, paid media, email, and content marketing to drive qualified leads and customer engagement.
- Implement marketing automation strategies and CRM optimization to enhance conversion and retention rates.
- Monitor and optimize performance across platforms using data analytics and reporting.
Brand Management & Communications
- Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all marketing channels, campaigns, and customer touchpoints.
- Manage public relations, corporate communications, and media strategy to strengthen thought leadership and market credibility.
- Oversee events, trade shows, and sponsorships to support brand visibility and business development efforts.
Market Intelligence & Innovation
- Leverage market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to inform marketing initiatives and uncover new opportunities.

- Champion a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Prerequisites
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior/executive role.
- Proven track record of leading marketing strategy for complex, multi-channel businesses.
- Experience managing both B2B and B2C marketing functions with strong brand and demand generation outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required; MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
