We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead the strategic direction and execution of sales initiatives across a high-performing industrial product portfolio. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building a high-impact sales team. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, deep industry knowledge, and a proven track record of exceeding targets in complex B2B environments.

Position Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational goals. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning to refine go-to-market approaches.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and mentor a national sales team to maximize individual and group performance. Create a culture of accountability, professional growth, and sales excellence.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive top-line growth by identifying and capturing new business opportunities. Develop and maintain key customer relationships to support long-term success.
  • Performance Management: Establish clear sales targets and KPIs; monitor performance and implement corrective actions as needed. Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management to inform broader business decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product development, and operations to align sales efforts with company capabilities and customer needs. Serve as the voice of the customer in internal strategic discussions.

Prerequisites

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, ideally within the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performance sales teams.
  • Strong business acumen, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles with enterprise and OEM clients.

Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)

  • Certified Professional Sales Leader (CPSL)
  • Strategic Sales Management Certification
  • Six Sigma or Lean credentials (for operational alignment)
