Founded in 2019, Jet Maintenance International (JMI) is a fully independent MRO specialising in Cessna and Dassault Falcon aircraft. We operate from our base at Oxford Airport, supporting customers across the UK, Europe, and beyond with scheduled maintenance, AOG, and mobile support services.
We’re looking for a well-organised and proactive Planning & Technical Services Administrator to support our team at Oxford Airport. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong administration skills and a keen interest in aviation, looking to start or develop a career in aircraft maintenance support.
Your Role at JMI:
Assist with the creation and coordination of maintenance work packs and schedules
Help maintain and organise aircraft records, documents, and compliance files
Support the technical planning team with data entry, tracking, and administrative tasks
Liaise with engineers and support staff to ensure smooth day-to-day maintenance operations
Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping in line with regulatory requirements
What You’ll Need:
Strong administration or coordination background (experience in a technical or aviation environment is a bonus but not essential)
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
High attention to detail and accuracy in document handling
Competent in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Willingness to learn about aircraft maintenance and technical records
