- What You’ll Do
- Follow job instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately
- Monitor product quality and report defects immediately
- Maintain high Health & Safety standards, including correct PPE use
- Work collaboratively in a team‑based environment
- Participate in relevant training and cross‑training
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site
- What We’re Looking For
- Basic education level
- Ability to follow instructions and processes with a high level of accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good understanding of Health & Safety practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to learn and participate in training and cross‑training activities
- Experience in a production, manufacturing, despatch, logistics, or electrical environment
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
- Experience operating production machinery
- Experience working in regulated environments (e. g. ISO, GMP)
- Multi‑skilled or trained across multiple production areas
