JMG Systems Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Officer to deliver a proactive HR service across the business. You will work with the HR Manager in a small team, supporting recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement and employee relations to create a positive employee experience.

The role covers policy development, wellbeing initiatives, compliance and day-to-day HR operations, including contracts, meetings and GDPR-related tasks.
