We are currently recruiting for an experienced HSE Advisor to join a leading construction organisation, supporting a large scale project in South Lanarkshire.

The Role:

  • As HSE Advisor, you will play a key role in promoting and maintaining high standards of Health, Safety & Environmental compliance across multiple construction sites.
  • You will work closely with site teams to ensure safe working practices are embedded at every level.
  • Support and advise site teams on all HSE matters.
  • Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures.
  • Investigate incidents and support corrective actions.
  • Promote a strong safety-first culture across all projects.
  • Produce clear and accurate HSE documentation and reports.

About You:

  • Proven experience in an HSE role within construction or a similar industry.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation.
  • Confident carrying out audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
