We are currently supporting the recruitment of an experienced Environmental Advisor to join a well-established organisation operating across Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity for an environmental professional who is passionate about sustainability, regulatory compliance, and driving positive environmental outcomes across complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert environmental advice and guidance across operational and project teams
  • Ensure compliance with relevant environmental legislation, permits, and best practice standards
  • Support the development and implementation of environmental management systems
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, and environmental assessments
  • Identify risks and opportunities to improve environmental performance

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities across projects
  • Membership (or working towards membership) of a relevant professional body (e.g. IEMA) is desirable
