Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager for a live data centre project in East London. This is a site-based, installation-focused role requiring a hands-on leader who can take control of day-to-day activity on site. You’ll be responsible for managing MEP works, coordinating teams, and ensuring that all activity is delivered safely and in line with the client’s procedures for Safe Systems of Work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate MEP installation activity on site
  • Set operatives and subcontractors to work safely and efficiently
  • Ensure strict adherence to Safe Systems of Work and site safety standards
  • Monitor progress, quality, and compliance across all MEP disciplines
  • Liaise with the client and project stakeholders to maintain clear communication
  • Drive productivity and maintain control of on-site operations

Ideal Candidate:

  • 10+ years’ experience in electrical or MEP project management
  • Proven track record in data centres or mission-critical environments
  • Strong site presence with the ability to lead teams and subcontractors
  • Excellent understanding of safety systems and construction protocols
