Electrical Site Supervisor

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to support the delivery of high-spec Data Centre projects in East London. This is a permanent position with a strong project pipeline over the next 5+ years. You'll lead site-based electrical teams, coordinate daily activities, and ensure project delivery meets safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical site works and trade teams.
• Coordinate with other trades and site management.
• Maintain project quality standards and documentation.
• Monitor progress, manage materials, and support procurement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Conduct toolbox talks, audits, and safety briefings.
• Track site labour (direct and subcontracted) and performance.

Requirements

• Electrical trade qualification or similar.
• 5+ years’ site experience (data centres, pharma, industrial, etc.).
• Ability to interpret schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong site coordination and leadership skills.
• Solid understanding of EHS and quality procedures.
• Commercial awareness and effective communicator.
