We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee a major project in London.
The Role:
- Manage day-to-day construction activities and site delivery.
- Oversee Principal and subcontractors across multiple work packages.
- Manage civils, earthworks, drainage, utilities, highways and external works.
- Ensure compliance with CDM 2015, health & safety and quality requirements.
- Review programmes, milestones, risks and progress.
- Coordinate with design teams, stakeholders and statutory authorities.
- Provide clear progress and risk reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Take ownership of delivery, resolving issues proactively and independently.
Requirements:
- ~10+ years’ UK construction management experience, including 5+ years in a senior site-based role.
- ~ Strong civils/infrastructure background.
- ~ Black CSCS / equivalent Manager-level card.
- ~ Current SMSTS.
- ~ NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
- ~ Strong working knowledge of CDM 2015.
- ~ Right to work in the UK.
