We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee a major project in London.

The Role:

  • Manage day-to-day construction activities and site delivery.
  • Oversee Principal and subcontractors across multiple work packages.
  • Manage civils, earthworks, drainage, utilities, highways and external works.
  • Ensure compliance with CDM 2015, health & safety and quality requirements.
  • Review programmes, milestones, risks and progress.
  • Coordinate with design teams, stakeholders and statutory authorities.
  • Provide clear progress and risk reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of delivery, resolving issues proactively and independently.

Requirements:

  • ~10+ years’ UK construction management experience, including 5+ years in a senior site-based role.
  • ~ Strong civils/infrastructure background.
  • ~ Black CSCS / equivalent Manager-level card.
  • ~ Current SMSTS.
  • ~ NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
  • ~ Strong working knowledge of CDM 2015.
  • ~ Right to work in the UK.
