If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join JMG Group as a Group Quality Auditor, based out of our Head Office in Guiseley, or could be based at any of our regional broking offices, UK Wide. About the Role
As Group Quality Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Group Quality Business Partner in delivering a consistent and compliant approach to quality across the Group. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the planning and execution of quality audits across our national office network.
- Helping to ensure that our broking services meet the highest standards of compliance, accuracy, and customer care.
- Contributing to identifying areas for improvement, sharing best practice, and supporting the business in embedding a culture of continuous improvement and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Group Quality Business Partner in delivering the Group's quality assurance framework.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of quality audits across JMG Group’s national office network.
- Review client files, documentation, and processes to assess compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and report areas for improvement, inconsistencies, or non-compliance.
- Help produce audit findings, summaries, and recommendations in a clear and professional format.
- Liaise with local teams to gather information and support audit preparation.
- Contribute to promoting best practices and raising awareness of quality and compliance standards across the business.
- Maintain accurate audit records and assist in tracking corrective actions and follow-ups.
- Support in the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and tools.
- Assist with ad-hoc quality and compliance tasks as required by the Group Quality Business Partner and wider Compliance team.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong understanding of commercial insurance and broking practices.
- Ideally suited to a current or former broker who is looking to move away from a customer-facing role.
- Excellent attention to detail with a methodical and organised approach to reviewing information.
