The Vacancy
Our Group IBA team at Airport West in Yeadon are looking to recruit a new Team Leader to supervise the appropriate team members to provide a professional and efficient service to all customers, whilst ensuring full FCA compliance following the CASS5 rules and guidelines. This applies to all businesses, processes and operating systems that are utilised within the JMG Group of companies.
Key areas of responsibility include
- Ensuring all Key Performance Indicators are achieved and are attained compliantly with FCA CASS5 regulation.
- Coordinate Cashbook/I-Rec team to ensure daily/monthly deadlines and SLAs are met
- Organise daily work, delegate tasks
- Specifically to Cashbook – reduce client unmatched cash
- Allocate and manage resources, manage absences and coordinate holiday leave
- Coach and improve team member skill set
- New recruit training
- Monitor team’s performance and provide constructive feedback
- Support the team with Query/Conflict resolution
- Promote process improvements
- Monthly 1:1s and performance review meetings
- Represent and advocate for team needs
- Support Client Money Manager with monthly MI reporting and progress tracking
- Support Client Money Manager with monthly CMCs
- Ensure client money is handled and reconciled in accordance with FCA regulation and internal procedures, as detailed in the Compliance Manual.
- Report all breaches CASS/procedural to your line manager for recording on Ideagen logs
- Be aware of the company’s Compliance Manual and ensure a full understanding of the following chapters. Ensure full compliance to the procedures contained within the manual.

- Training and Competence
- TCF
- Report any potential and known breaches, including weaknesses in current systems, to your line manager or senior officer of the business in a timely manner
- Take corrective action as necessary to resolve
- Ensure personal data (client and employee) is secure, held and properly utilised in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act.

- Good IT skills with the ability to write courteous and accurate correspondence
