The opportunity:
Due to continued growth and success, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our dynamic team. Supporting three account executives, you will be based in our Warwick office on a hybrid basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with company directors and assisting our Account Executives with day-to-day tasks
- Comparing insurance coverages and policy wording
- Providing dedicated and high-standard customer service to a portfolio of key clients
- Handling general administration tasks such as renewals, mid-term adjustments, extensions to covers, invoicing, and responding to client queries.
- Ensuring quality control and maintaining high standards of customer service
- Checking and issuing documentation to clients in a timely and accurate manner
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
What we’re looking for:
To be successful in this role, you must have the following skills.
- Ideally from a Commercial Insurance background with 3 years + experience
- Committed to building strong Client and Insurer relationships.
- Confident meeting and speaking with clients and third parties
- Supportive teamwork skills
- Excellent organisational skill
