Our client, a busy CEO of a highly successful global supplies business, is now looking for a PA to work directly for them. This role is based close to Orpington, Kent, and the ideal person will be a car driver or within easy commute. Initially, it is a temporary role for 4 to 6 weeks starting ideally on May 11th.
Duties will include:
- Answering the phone and directing the calls
- Liaising with clients on the CEO's behalf
- Managing the CEO's diary
- Scheduling call backs and meetings
- Typing letters and dealing with all incoming mailbox queries
- Filing and keeping a recording system
- Producing sales and revenue reports
The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Type 60wpm; shorthand is a nice to have
- Have first-rate MS Office and Excel skills
- Demonstrate strong administration skills
- Be highly organised with a great telephone manner
This is initially a temporary role.
