Wonderful opportunity to join a highly established niche e-commerce retail group at a time of change and development. This is initially a 6 month contract reporting to the Finance Manager and working in a small, highly dedicated, outgoing professional team. Working from home 3 days a week and office based 2 days in the City of London.
Responsibilities of the Management Accountant role:
- Oversee the accounts payable and receivable function, including month end and reconciliations
- Produce detailed monthly management accounts and present to the Finance Manager
- Monitor and review budgets, liaising with budget holders to discuss any variances
- Cashflow forecasting and detailed monthly analysis on sales and revenue targets
- Monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Monthly VAT, UK GAAP reporting
Requirements of the Management Accountant role:
- Active studier, ACCA / CIMA or AAT or exceptional QBE
- First rate Excel skills including VLookups and Pivot Tables
- Excellent all round systems skills
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Superb communication skills
