Our client, keen to expand operations in 2026 and grow the business, is now looking for a strong Management Accountant to support the dynamic Finance Director and CEO. This is an established manufacturing business now entering the next stage to develop the business further. It is office based 4 days a week with free parking on site.
Responsibilities of the Management Accountant Role:
- Full responsibility for producing monthly management accounts and commentary
- Budgeting & forecasting, creating and monitoring budgets and creating financial forecasts
- Prepare detailed financial reports and variance analysis
- Working closely with the Sales and Marketing team to align financial strategy and company goals
- Analyse the KPI's such as cost and variance analysis, budgets, profit and loss and effective financial reporting
- Assist the Finance Director with an ERP systems implementation
Requirements of the Management Accountant Role:
- CIMA, ACCA or ACA Qualified or an exceptional Finalist
- Manufacturing experience is a bonus but not a pre-requisite
- Advanced Excel and systems skills
- Financial modelling skills, coupled with excellent communication and organisation
