Are you an experienced Credit Controller seeking a new opportunity? A successful business services company based in North Kent is looking to recruit a sole-charge Credit Controller to join them permanently. This role is office-based, and you will be working in a busy and supportive team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Full credit control payment chasing
- Meet and exceed monthly cash collection and debtor day targets
- Resolution of invoice queries
- Issuing and allocating credit notes
- Credit Debit card payment processing
- Maintenance of all aspects of the ledger
- Posting and correct allocation of cash receipts against customer accounts
- Sales ledger account reconciliations
- Maintaining excellent customer relationships
Requirements of the Credit Control Role:
- Solid and proven experience working in credit control
- First-rate MS Excel skills
