JMF Associates is exclusively partnering with a reputable multi-site Care organisation to recruit a dedicated Human Resources Manager.

The Human Resources Manager reports to the Managing Director and is based in the Head Office in South West London, but is expected to travel regularly to other sites located in the London area.

This pivotal role entails leading HR functions across the organisation, ensuring compliance, fostering a positive culture, and driving workforce development.

You will oversee employee relations, recruitment, staff retention initiatives, and ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and CQC standards.

Strategic HR leadership, team supervision, and expertise in Home Office Sponsorship requirements are essential to succeed in this environment.

It is envisaged that the Human Resources Manager will: Hold a CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent experience.

Have proven experience in a senior HR role within healthcare, social caren regulated environments, or other multi-site businesses.

Possess strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

Be experienced in managing employee relations cases independently.

Have an excellent knowledge of Home Office Sponsorship procedures.

Able to drive recruitment initiatives Possess excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Prior experience inmanaging or supervising HR and recruitment teams.
