The predicted salary is between 42000 - 84000 £ per year.
Account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of general ledger entries. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations. Collaborate with external auditors and assist in the audit process. Support internal controls and recommend improvements to accounting processes. Monitor cash flow and budgets, detailed analysis and balance sheet review. Liaise with Budget Holders and the management accounts team reviewing the monthly financial close process, delivering meaningful and actionable financial reports for the business.
Requirements of the Group Financial Reporting Accountant Role:
- ACCA/ACA or CIMA qualified with a minimum of 3 years PQE
- Service or contract driven background is a huge bonus
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical skills
- Ideally trained in practice with audit exposure
- Proven track record in staff management
