A successful medium-sized organisation based in Hampshire is looking to hire an ACA/ACCA/CIMA Part-Qualified Finance Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Finance Business Partner will:

  • Produce monthly management accounts and lead on reporting for several group entities.
  • Establish a key working relationship with key internal stakeholders.
  • Produce full P&L for several workstreams.
  • Proactively work with non-finance colleagues to ensure that the finance function becomes embedded in the business and provides value-adding and innovative commercial/financial services, advice, and support.
  • Utilise advanced Excel spreadsheet skills, developing financial models to produce integrated P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flows.

Requirements of the Finance Business Partner Role:

  • ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified Accountant.
  • Proven experience in producing accurate management accounts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with the business effectively.
  • The ability to mentor junior members of the team.
  • Must be ambitious and want to develop their career.
