The Sales Manager will drive commercial revenue growth by securing high-value office refurbishment, CAT A/CAT B fit-out, and workspace transformation contracts. This role focuses on building a continuous project pipeline, managing the full sales lifecycle from initial enquiry to project handover, and nurturing relationships across the commercial property sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Target commercial end-users planning relocations or workplace upgrades.
- Build networks with commercial real estate agents, landlords, and architects.
- Attend commercial property networking events to map out upcoming developments.
- Deal & Pipeline Management
- Manage the complete corporate sales cycle from lead generation to close.
- Coordinate with internal workplace designers and estimators to build competitive tenders.
- Present technical design proposals and commercial quotations confidently to decision-makers.
- Client & Internal Liaison
- Serve as the main commercial contact during contracts, bidding, and handovers.
