A global services group based in North Kent is recruiting for an ACCA/CIMA Qualified Management Accountant.

This is a newly created position due to significant growth in the business.

Fluency in Italian would be an advantage but is not essential.

Reporting to the Finance Manager with a dotted line to the Head of Finance based in Italy, responsibilities are as follows: - Duties of the Management Accountant Role Managing a team of six, daily supervision of the accounting operations, including but not limited to accounts payable, receivable, fixed assets, taxes and payroll.

Leading an international team improving efficiency.

Implement and maintain robust internal accounting controls, policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Groups accounting standards.

Financial planning and analysis, budgeting and forecasting Provide accurate and reconciled management reports (monthly or upon request) Support the Financial Manager in drafting Financial Statements Lead and oversee an ERP implementation Requirements of the Management Accountant Role Strong understanding of IFRS and accounting principles Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills Proficiency with ERPs and financial software Team leading and target-oriented Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Benefits of the Management Accountant Role Annual bonus dependent on individual and company performance Hybrid working
