Are you immediately available for a 12 month part time contract in finance? We have a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in transactional accounts to join a small busy accounts team, 10 minutes walk from Ealing Broadway station. This role is office based for 3 days and reports to the Head of Finance.
Responsibilities of the Part Time Accounts Assistant:
- All aspects of purchase ledger, including batching and coding invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Liaising with suppliers to resolve queries and request copy invoices
- Raising BACS payments
- Raising sales ledger invoices
- Credit control by phone and email
- Month end reconciliations
Requirements of the Part Time Accounts Assistant:
- A minimum of three years experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent systems skills
- Strong reconciliations
- First rate interpersonal skills
