Due to growth, our client in the service sector based in over 30 locations in the UK are now looking to bring on board a strong Finance Manager to strengthen a highly skilled and experienced finance business partnering team. Reporting to the CFO you will be responsible for:-
Responsibilities of the Finance Manager role:-
- Assist the Head of Management accounts in leading, managing and developing the finance business partner team
- Streamline and develop the quality of reporting
- Oversee monthly close and create financial reports to aid business decisions
- Work closely with the finance director to improve annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts
- Implement robust controls and year end procedures
- Develop dashboards and produce accurate data for forward planning
Requirements of the Finance Manager role:-
- The ideal candidate will be CIMA/ACCA or ACA qualified
- A strong background in financial accounts and reporting
- Experience of managing and developing a team
- Advanced Excel skills and financial analysis ideally Power BI
- First rate communication skills
