Are you an experienced Senior Finance Assistant and have knowledge and experience of working with CIS? We have partnered with an established organisation who have an incredible reputation and take great pride in providing a sophisticated and reliable service. You will be an experienced Finance Assistant joining a team who go the extra mile providing excellent expertise and will be part of a close knit and friendly team based in Croydon. This role is office based 5 days a week in the office. Responsibilities: Set up new subcontractors and ensuringallcompliance checks are completed Check ordersand invoices for errors and rectify any queries Processinvoices and arrangepayments Following up on queries and aged invoices with subcontractors Process Subcontractor verifications with HMRC Check VAT registration numbers Set up new subcontract orders and review orders vis Portal Prepare and process weekly subcontractor payment run Monitor insurances ensuring all up to date Make monthly returns to HMRC for CIS tax Record time sheets for subcontractors Assistwith ad-hoc requests as required Salary £45,000 – £50,000 Hours: 37.5 Hours a week JMF Associates are currently shortlisting for interviews please apply ASAP AMRT1_UKTJ …
