We are looking for a part-time caretaker to look after a small industrial estate in Oswestry.
Main duties to include:
- Grass cutting

All equipment provided. The position is flexible at 2 hours a day (Monday to Friday). The hourly rate of pay is £14 per hour on a self-employed basis. Attractive bonuses paid on lettings. We are looking for someone who is reliable with good people skills.
