We are looking for a part-time caretaker to look after a small industrial estate in Rhyl.
Main duties to include:
- Keeping common parts tidy with weeding, litter picking etc.
- Obtaining monthly electric readings from the individual units.
The position is flexible at 2 hours a day (Monday to Friday).
The hourly rate of pay is £15 per hour on a self-employed basis.
