We are looking for a part time caretaker to look after the common areas of a small Industrial Estate in Penzance. The hours are flexible at 2 hours a day (Monday to Friday). The rate of pay is £15 an hour on a self‑employed basis - excellent bonuses paid on lettings.

Main duties to include:

  • weeding
  • grass and bush cutting
  • litter picking

All equipment provided. We are looking for a trustworthy individual with good people skills.
