We are seeking a reliable and organised individual to take responsibility for electricity billing and collections across a portfolio of properties managed on behalf of our client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Obtaining monthly electricity meter readings from site managers and tenants
  • Producing and issuing tenant invoices using SAGE
  • Monitoring outstanding balances and ensuring payments are received within agreed payment terms (typically 14 days)
  • Liaising with tenants regarding billing queries and overdue accounts
  • Maintaining accurate billing and payment records

Position Details

  • Part-time: 14 hours per week
  • Salary: £19,000 pro rata
  • Initially office-based in Nuneaton
  • Opportunity for remote working after 3–6 months, subject to review
