Part Time Utilities Sales Ledger Clerk in Nuneaton

We are seeking a reliable and organised individual to take responsibility for electricity billing and collections across a portfolio of properties managed on behalf of our client.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtaining monthly electricity meter readings from site managers and tenants
• Producing and issuing tenant invoices using SAGE
• Monitoring outstanding balances and ensuring payments are received within agreed payment terms (typically 14 days)
• Liaising with tenants regarding billing queries and overdue accounts
• Maintaining accurate billing and payment records

Position Details

• Part-time: 14 hours per week
• Salary: £19,000 pro rata
• Initially office-based in Nuneaton
• Opportunity for remote working after 3–6 months, subject to review

We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidence communicating with tenants and site teams. Previous experience with invoicing, credit control, or SAGE would be advantageous.
