We are looking for someone with the following skills:

  • Payroll – Monthly for 6 salaried employees using SAGE
  • Manual calculations for overtime, expenses and bonus payments for approximately 15 self-employed caretakers
  • Sales Ledger
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Quarterly service charge billing
  • Assisting with service charge budgets
  • Credit Control
  • Aged debt reporting
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Utility re-charges

Initially remote working; ultimately hybrid once a new office is sourced in the Nuneaton area.

Hours: 9-5, Monday to Friday.
