We are looking for someone with the following skills:
- Payroll – Monthly for 6 salaried employees using SAGE
- Management of approximately 15 self-employed caretakers (manual calculations for overtime, expenses, and bonus payments)
- Sales Ledger
- Purchase Ledger
- Quarterly service charge billing
- Assisting with service charge budgets
- Credit Control
- Aged debt reporting
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Utility re-charges
Initially remote working; ultimately hybrid once a new office is sourced (Nuneaton area).
Hours: 9-5, Monday to Friday.
Salary: £30k.
